  • Why have I not received an order confirmation email?

    I’m experiencing some glitches with that atm. But if you were charged, then I’ve received your order. If you want to confirm it with me personally, feel free to DM me on IG and I’ll send you the receipt.

  • Why is it taking longer than 4 weeks to arrive?

    It’s just me. Be easy on me. Constantly working to get the product to you asap, but occasionally issues come up, which result in a setback, and it takes longer than expected. I apologize for any delay.

  • I ordered a sofa bag in 2023 and it was shitty. What do I do now?

    Yes, the concept was there, but unfortunately the quality was not with a lot of my earlier orders. Since then I’ve made a ton of upgrades. Email me at MySofaBagIsTerrible@gmail.com so I can work on making that right for my early supporters.

  • Why are you ignoring my DM's?
